The two levels

Rally's Admin Panel has two distinct levels: Organization and Campaign.

The Organization level spans all your campaigns — it's where you manage your overall account, see cross-campaign analytics, and control who has admin access. Think of it as your whole operation.

The Campaign level is scoped to a single campaign. It's where you build missions, manage your mobilizers and contacts, configure settings, and track that campaign's activity.

You'll move between these two levels regularly depending on what you're trying to do.

Who has access

Two roles can access the Admin Panel:

• Organization Admin — full access to all org-level and campaign-level settings, including managing other admins and editing core settings.
• Organization Organizer — access to most sections, but can't manage admins or edit core organization or campaign settings.

In sections that are Admin-only, Organizers can still view content but will see editing controls disabled or hidden.
