The Admin Panel is Rally's back-end interface — where Organization Admins and Organizers set up campaigns, manage people, track performance, and configure settings. If you're new to Rally's admin side, this article orients you to what's here and where to find it.
Rally's Admin Panel has two distinct levels: Organization and Campaign.
The Organization level spans all your campaigns — it's where you manage your overall account, see cross-campaign analytics, and control who has admin access. Think of it as your whole operation.
The Campaign level is scoped to a single campaign. It's where you build missions, manage your mobilizers and contacts, configure settings, and track that campaign's activity.
You'll move between these two levels regularly depending on what you're trying to do.
Two roles can access the Admin Panel:
In sections that are Admin-only, Organizers can still view content but will see editing controls disabled or hidden.
