A Referral Action asks mobilizers to share a personal signup link — so they can recruit friends, family, and neighbors to join the campaign. Every mobilizer gets a unique link that tracks who joined through their outreach, giving them a live count of clicks and signups.

What a Referral action does

When a mobilizer completes a Referral action, they see:

• Their personal invite link — a short URL they can share anywhere
• A Copy Link button and a Share button (for native device share sheet on mobile)
• Their impact counter — clicks and signups attributed to their link
• An optional list of people who signed up through their link (if configured by the Rally Admin)

People who click the link land on the signup form you specify. Once they submit, they're counted as a referral for that mobilizer.
