The Campaign tab is where you configure everything that drives mobilizer activity — from the missions they complete to the actions they take, the events they support, the forms people use to sign up, and the content they see on their dashboard.

This article walks through each section of the Campaign tab and explains what it does. For deeper dives, follow the links to related articles.

Missions

Missions are the structured work plans you assign to mobilizers and contacts. Every action a mobilizer takes in Rally is organized within a Mission.

Rally supports two types of Missions:

The Missions page in Rally showing a list of active missions

The Missions page in Rally showing a list of active missions

For a full explanation of how Missions work, including how to configure them and the difference between mission types, see Getting Started: Missions (What They Are & How They Work).

Events

The Events section lets you create and manage virtual events that mobilizers can help staff or attend. Each event can have multiple shifts, allowing you to track volunteer sign-ups across different time slots.

Events can also be added as action steps within a Mission, so mobilizers can be asked to confirm attendance or recruit others as part of their workflow.
