This article will walk you through managing your profile info, leaving a Campaign, and deleting your account in Rally. To navigate to your profile, select “Profile” in the dropdown menu in the top right of your browser.
Editing Your Info
If you need to make edits to your preferred name, first name, last name, or address, you can do so by selecting “Edit your info”.
If you need to change the email or phone number associated with your account, contact help@rally.win .
Matching Yourself to the Voter File
If you did not match yourself to the voter file when you first created your account, you can do so by selecting “Match yourself to the voter file” in the Your Voter File Record section.
Rally will search for you in the voter file (the list of all registered voters in the US) based on the information provided in your profile info. Based on the results, select the correct match and click save.
Leaving a Campaign
To leave a Campaign, select the trash can symbol next to the Campaign you wish to leave.
It is important to note that leaving a Campaign will permanently remove all information about you from the Campaign, including your list of contacts and any actions or notes you may have taken for each of them. If you rejoin the Campaign at a later date, you will need to start from scratch rallying your contacts.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, click the “Delete Account” button at the bottom of the profile page.
Deleting your account will permanently remove all information about you from all campaigns in Rally, including your list of contacts and any actions or notes you may have taken for each of them. If you rejoin Rally at a later date, you will need to start from scratch.
If you only want to leave a specific Campaign, but keep your profile and contacts for other Campaigns or later use, refer to Leaving a Campaign above.
