      Joining a Campaign on Rally

      This article will walk you through the various ways you might be asked to join a Rally Campaign, including:

      Joining a Campaign through go.rally.win/campaigns

      You can see all active and public Campaigns by navigating to go.rally.win/campaigns. Clicking on a Campaign from this page will take you to the Campaign’s Rally landing page. From there, you can decide whether or not to join that Campaign. You can join the campaign by clicking on “Join Campaign”.

       

       

      NOTE: The “🔒 “ next to the Campaign name means the Campaign is passcode-protected and that you must have the passcode in order to join the campaign.

      Joining Rally through a Campaign Landing Page

      The Campaign may provide you with a link to a landing page to join a Campaign. Clicking on the link will open the page in your browser. Next, click on “Join Campaign” at the bottom right of the landing page.

       

       

      If you are not logged in, Rally will ask you to sign up or sign in. If it is your first time in Rally, select “sign up” and you will begin by setting up your Rally profile. If you are already in Rally, select “sign in” and you will automatically be added to the Campaign after completing sign-in.

      Campaigns with Passcode Protection

      After selecting “Join Campaign” from a landing page and completing the sign in process, Rally may ask you for a passcode to be granted entry to the Campaign. If you do not know your Campaign’s passcode, please reach out to your Campaign contact.

       

       

      NOTE: Not all Campaigns are passcode protected, so don’t worry not be alarmed if you are not asked for a passcode when joining. This is a setting that is controlled by the Campaign Admin.

      Joining Rally through Email Invitations

      The Campaign may choose to email you a direct invite to join the Campaign. By clicking the “Join” button in your email, you will automatically be directed to the Rally site and added to the Campaign.

       

      If you are not logged in, Rally will ask you to sign up or sign in. If it is your first time in Rally, select “Sign up” and you will begin by setting up your Rally profile. If you are already in Rally, select “Sign in” and you will automatically be added to the Campaign after completing sign in.

      If you have trouble with the “Join” button, you can always copy and paste the link at the bottom of your invitation email into your browser.
