Getting Started: Organization Admin

This article will walk you through how to access and navigate your Organization’s Dashboard. As an Organization Admin you can configure any Campaign that your Organization owns, create new Campaigns under that Organization, invite new Organization Admins, and also make changes to your Organization details.

To access the Organization Dashboard, you must be signed in as an Organization Admin. To switch roles, select the dropdown next to your profile image in the top right corner, click on Switch Roles, then click on Organization Admin

If you do not see Organization Admin as an option, please reach out to your Account Administrator. 

Once you have switched roles, click on the dropdown next to your Organization’s Name near the top left corner of your screen. From the dropdown select Organization Dashboard.

The Organization Dashboard is where the information for the Organization as a whole is housed. Make sure you fill out the name, website, description, and logo in the “Details” section by selecting “Edit” in the top right corner of your screen. 

From your Organization Dashboard, you can see and navigate to all Campaigns created by the Organization, access a list of your Organization’s administrators, and invite new Organization admins.

Campaigns Table

The Campaigns Table displays all of your Organizations’ campaigns and their statuses (active, draft, or closed). From the Campaigns Table, you can access your Campaigns and create new campaigns. Administrators Table

The Administrators Table displays all Organization Admins who have joined your Organization. Within the table you’ll see their names, locations, as well as the phone number and email address associated with their Rally account.

Invitations Table

From the Invitations Table, you can invite new Organization Admins to join your organization on Rally by sending them an email invite. To invite a new Organization Admin click on “+Invite Admin.” Enter their email address and first and last name. Then, click on “Save & Invite,” this will send them an email invitation to join the Organization on Rally. 

The Invitations Table displays everyone who has been invited to join your Organization. Within the table, you’ll see their names, who they were invited by, and the email address the invite was sent to, as well as the date the invite was sent, the date it expires, and, if applicable, the date it was accepted.
